Wonderful. And hilarious, too. I wore a rubber band around my wrist that I snapped (hard) every time I bit my nails and I quit in short order. But when I quit wearing the rubber band, I went back to my old bad habit in a few weeks. Now, my boyfriend points it out when I’m doing it. That works pretty well too. I also tracked 31 categories of what I spend my time on so I could make positive changes and be more productive. That worked incredibly well. I wrote about it on Medium. It’s my favorite study I’ve done yet. After I quit tracking myself, my productivity gains have stayed intact.
