LOVE this. I’m going to try your first suggestion of listening to books at 1.5x. That’s genius. I do silly things like cleaning the mirror with my left hand (I’m right-handed). Or tying my shoes by starting the loop with my left hand. I’ve also been studying foreign languages (so far I’ve learned Spanish and Dutch) and I would add to your list learning a musical instrument (guitar and ukulele). I’ve also heard that activities combining mental and physical are good, like dancing. I come from a family predisposed to Alzheimer’s so this is important to me. Thank you.
