I have recently given myself every Sunday off with no work other than cooking meals and loading the dishwasher. Yesterday I watched movies all day, ate potato chips and dip for a mid-afternoon snack, and drank a glass of wine at 4:00. Doing this for only two weekends now, I am amazed at the improvement in my near-constant state of burnout.
