I have been plant-based for 5 years. I take superfood supplements. Sometimes I eat cheese when I traveling. I am super healthy and thin. My blood levels are all normal. I don’t obsess over the micronutrients I’m consuming but thanks for the heads up. I’m going to be attentive. PS. There are so many great, healthy fake meats today full of protein. I don’t miss meat at all. People who are not vegan should try them! Some are overly processed but many are not. I make my own “steak” with TVP and vital gluten. It’s delicious with mushroom gravy!
